Tips for Service Committee Representatives

After your group elects you as their representative, please call the Service Center at 303-321-8788 or send an email to Denver-Al-Anon@ecentral.com to inform them.

You will receive via e-mail the monthly agenda that includes a consent agenda that covers the previous Service Committee meeting minutes, the Treasurer’s report, the activity report, and questions and discussion.

The consent agenda is voted on at the beginning of the meeting. Please review the consent agenda prior to the meeting.

Following the consent agenda approval, there is an update on the budget, a report from the office coordinator, and a report from the chair of volunteers. Fellowship events are announced followed by the communications report and any new business.

Service Representatives have an opportunity to gain an understanding of the functions of the Denver Area Service Center.
